|a لقد أدى التطور العلمي والتكنولوجي والتقني إلى ظهور وسائل اتصال حديثة، حيث أصبحت منصات التواصل الاجتماعي ضرورة في حياتنا. وعلى الرغم من الأثر الإيجابي لهذه المواقع، إلا أنها تحمل بعض السلبيات، ومن بينها: انتهاك الخصوصية الرقمية للأفراد، حيث أن تقدم التكنولوجيا أثر بشكل كبير على الجريمة، حيث ظهرت أساليب إجرامية جديدة لم نكن نعرفها من قبل، تم استخدام التقنيات الحديثة لانتهاك خصوصية الأفراد، وشارك في ارتكاب هذه الجرائم أشخاص غير متوقع تورطهم، نظرا لمكانتهم العلمية والاجتماعية. ولم يقتصر الأمر على الأفراد فقط، بل تم انتهاك الخصوصية أيضا من قبل الجهات الإدارية. وأصبحت البيانات الشخصية متاحة بشكل متزايد على المستوى المحلي والعالمي. فعلى سبيل المثال، يستخدم أكثر من ملياري شخص شبكة فيسبوك، ويصل عدد مستخدمي انستغرام إلى ٨٠٠ مليون، وأكثر من مليار شخص يستخدم واتساب، وتنتج هذه الاستخدامات حوالي ٢٥ إكس بايت من البيانات في الدقيقة الواحدة تقريبا، وأصبحت البيانات الشخصية ذات قيمة اقتصادية يسعى المستثمرون للاستفادة منها من أجل زيادة فرصهم في الوصول إلى عدد أكبر من العملاء وتنمية استثماراتهم عن طريق تحديد خصائص الأشخاص.
|b Scientific, technological and technical development has led to the emergence of modern means of communication, as social media platforms have become a necessity in our lives. Despite the positive impact of these sites, they carry some negatives, including: violating the digital privacy of individuals, as the advancement of technology has greatly affected crime, as new criminal methods have emerged that we did not know before. Modern technologies have been used to violate the privacy of individuals. These crimes were committed by people whose involvement was unexpected, given their academic and social status. This was not limited to individuals only, but privacy was also violated by administrative authorities. Personal data is becoming increasingly available at the local and global levels. For example, more than two billion people use Facebook, the number of Instagram users reaches 800 million, and more than a billion people use WhatsApp, and these uses produce approximately 25 exbytes of data per minute, and personal data has become of economic value that investors seek to benefit from. In order to increase their opportunities to reach a larger number of customers and grow their investments by identifying the characteristics of people.
