520		\|b This study aims to identify the extent of the impact of organizational support on achievement motivation among workers at the Mother and Child Hospital in the Wilaya of djelfa. To achieve this objective, scales (questionnaires) were distributed to a random sample of (18) workers in various professional categories. The results indicated that the level of workers' perception of organizational support and achievement motivation was average, and that organizational support does not have a significant impact on achievement motivation among employees.
