المستخلص: يعد الأمن المائي متطلبا أساسيا للحياة البشرية؛ فكان من الضروري بناء منظومة لحفظه من خلال إقرار المبادئ واستخدام الأساليب التي تكفل ذلك؛ وقد حفلت السنة النبوية بمنهج متكامل في حفظ الأمن المائي؛ ومن ذلك تشريع سقيا الماء ووقفه؛ لذلك جاء هذا البحث بعنوان؛ الأمن المائي ودور الوقف الإسلامي والصدقات في تعزيزه، دراسة في ضوء الهدي النبوي؛ يهدف إلى استجلاء الهدي النبوي في هذا الجانب، بالكشف عن الأساليب والمبادئ والتدابير النبوية في تحقيق الأمن المائي من خلال هبة الماء ووقفه، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج التحليلي، وكشفت الدراسة عن نتائج من أهمها؛ أن الوسائل والتدابير النبوية حققت الأمن المائي واستمراريته؛ وذلك بالترغيب في سقيا الماء، وإقرار المبادئ التي تقر أن السقيا للجميع مع مراعاة فقه الأولويات، وعرضت الدراسة النماذج التطبيقية في العهد النبوي، وآثارها وتطبيقاتها في واقعنا المعاصر في حفظ الأمن المائي.

Water security is considered an essential requirement for human life; therefore, it was necessary to establish a system to preserve it through adopting principles and applying methods that ensure its protection. The Prophetic Sunnah is rich with a comprehensive approach to safeguarding water security, including the legislation of providing water and endowing it. Accordingly, this research is titled: "Water Security and the Role of Islamic Endowment (Waqf) and Charitable Donations in Enhancing It: A Study in Light of the Prophetic Guidance." The research aims to elucidate the Prophetic guidance in this regard by revealing the methods, principles, and measures established by the Prophet to achieve water security through the gifting and endowment of water. The study followed the analytical method and revealed several important results, including that the Prophetic means and measures successfully achieved and sustained water security by encouraging the act of providing water and establishing principles that emphasize water should be accessible to all, while taking into account the jurisprudence of priorities. The study also presented practical examples from the Prophetic era and their impacts and applications in our contemporary reality in preserving water security.
