|a هدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور المفاضلة المعيارية في تحسين الأداء بشركات التأميني التكافلي بالقاهرة الكبرى ومحاولة الوصول إلى حل مشكلة البحث. وتكمن مشكلة البحث في تدنى مستوى الأداء بشركات التأمين التكافلي بالقاهرة الكبرى. يمثل حجم المجتمع ٣ شركات بالقاهرة الكبرى وكان حجم عينة الدراسة ٨٠ مفردة، استخدم الباحث الأسلوب الوصفي التحليلي في تحسين الأداء بشركات التامين التكافلي بالقاهرة الكبرى.
|b The research aimed to identify the role Benchmarking in improving the performance of Takaful insurance companies in Greater Cairo and try to reach a solution to the research problem. The problem of research lies in the low level of performance of Takaful insurance companies in Greater Cairo. The size of the community represents 3 companies in Greater Cairo, The sample size of the study was 80 items, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The most important results of the research was that the Pearson correlation coefficient explained the existence of a relationship between the Benchmarking and performance of Takaful insurance companies. The most important recommendations of the study were that Benchmarking should be applied because of its important role in improving the performance of Takaful insurance companies in Greater Cairo.
