المستخلص: In contrast to the immediate gains that are expected to be accumulated during the next five years, the social protection generalization workshops present far-reaching effects on the state’s position in setting social policies. The current challenges show the need to restore the social function of the state within a holistic vision of the "social welfare state" model, which must seek to ensure a fair distribution of wealth in a manner that addresses the automatic correction of inequalities. And eradicating the roots of protection rather than continuing to treat the symptoms. Hence, it is useful to develop an integrated approach to enable Morocco to fulfill the requirements of the global normative framework and implement the constitutional and legislative requirements related to security and social assistance. With directing social protection programs towards achieving social cohesion as a necessary condition for achieving political stability and development integrated with awareness of the dangers of employing solidarity financing to expand abandonment policies and to impose the burden on the middle class in a way that may disturb the required balance between the various social strata, and the repercussions of this may be difficult to control in The shadow of the "post-covid-19 world.
