|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الصعوبات والمشكلات التي تواجه الرياضة المدرسية من وجهة نظر معلمي التربية الرياضية في: الجانب الإداري، والإمكانات المادية، والمعلم، وذلك لأهميتها في النهوض بالرياضة المدرسية، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي التربية الرياضية في مدارس مرحلة التعليم الأساسي بمدينة سبها. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي للوصول إلى نتائج الدراسة، حيث كانت أداة الدراسة عبارة عن استمارة استبيان طبقت على عينة الدراسة ومقدارها (25) معلما، وقد تم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات وتفسيرها. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن أكثر الصعوبات التي تواجه معلمي التربية الرياضية هي الصعوبات والمشكلات الإدارية والفنية بنسبة بلغت (65.6%)، بالإضافة إلى ضعف الإمكانيات المادية والمرافق الرياضية التي له دور هام وكبير في تحسين مستوى الرياضية المدرسية وتساعدها في التغلب على الصعوبات، عليه كان لابد من توفير الإمكانيات المادية والمرافق الرياضية لما له من دور كبير في تحسين مستوى الرياضية المدرسية. كما توصي الدراسة بالاهتمام بالدور القيادي لمعلمي التربية الرياضية من خلال اشراكهم في الفعاليات والنشاطات والندوات مع ضرورة توفير مقرر دراسي لمعلمي الرياضة المدرسية يتضمن منظومة ترافق الرياضة المدرسية في الجانب النظري والعملي.
|b The study aimed to identify the difficulties and problems faced by physical education teachers in school sports. These challenges were examined from the perspective of administrative aspects, material capabilities, and the teachers themselves, as these factors greatly influence the promotion of school sports. The study included all physical education teachers in primary schools in the city of Sebha. A descriptive approach was used, with a questionnaire administered to a sample of 25 teachers. Data analysis was conducted using the statistical analysis program (SPSS). The results revealed that the main challenges encountered by physical education teachers were administrative and technical difficulties and problems, accounting for 65.6% of the reported challenges. Furthermore, the study highlighted the inadequacy of material resources and sports facilities, which are crucial for improving the quality of school sports and addressing these difficulties. Therefore, it is essential to ensure the provision of adequate material resources and sports facilities to enhance school sports. The study also recommends recognizing the leadership role of physical education teachers by involving them in events, activities, and seminars. Additionally, there is a need to develop a curriculum for school sports teachers that encompasses both theoretical and practical aspects of sports education.
