المستخلص: أهداف البحث: جمع المسائل الفقهية التي حُدَّت بمسافة القصر عند فقهاء الحنابلة. منهج البحث: المنهج الاستقرائي بجمع المسائل من كلام الفقهاء. أهم النتائج:- اتفق الفقهاء على جواز قصر الصلاة لمن سافر قاصدا هذه المسافة، وعلقوا حكم القصر بها، ولشهرة هذه المسألة وتعلقها بفريضة الصلاة وورود النصوص والآثار فيها لُقِّبت تلك المسافة بها، فتارة يذكرها الفقهاء بــ (مسافة القصر)، وتارة بـ (مسافة السفر)، وتارة بصريح المسافة (البريد ونحوه)، وجميعها بمعنى، والأول هو الأكثر. - حد الفقهاء جملة من الأحكام بتلك المسافة وعلقوا الحكم بها، ومنهم فقهاء الحنابلة، وفي هذا البحث جمع لتلك المسائل التي بلغت أكثر من عشرين مسألة. التوصيات: العناية بنظائر هذه المسائل المبثوثة في كتب الفقه وبيان مآخذ الفقهاء فيها وأثرها على المسائل والأحكام.

Research objectives: all issues are crucially related to shortening prayer distance in particular. Research approach: Inductive approach in handling issues of Islamic scholars’ sayings. Main findings: Islamic scholars agreed on shortening prayer permissibility for those intended to travel the respected distance and specified the ruling of shortening prayer in this regard. Because of the popularity of this issue and its relationship to the obligation of prayer and what is mentioned in the prophetic ahadith (sunnah) and phrases of companions, this distance was stated by this name. Sometimes the Islamic scholars mentioned this distance by (shortening distance), sometimes by (traveling distance), and sometimes by explicit distance itself (Kilometer in particular and the like), and all definitions have the same meaning, and the first one is most common. Islamic scholars indicated a set of rulings that are related to the distance (based on this distance, they gave their exact ruling). One of these scholars is Hanbalites scholars. So, this research is addressing these issues, which total more than twenty. Recommendations: Consideration of the analogous issues that are proven and prescribed in the jurisprudence books and clarifying the sincere opinions of Islamic scholars when discussing them and their integral effect on the issues and rulings.
