|a يعتمد اختيار التسطير الشبكي للأسطح الطباعية الفلكسوجرافية على العناصر التصميمية وتسطيرات خلايا الأنيلوكس المتاحة لدى المطبعة المنتجة للتشغيلات الطباعية، ويرى الباحث أن هناك محدودية لاستخدام التسطيرات الشبكية المتعددة للعملية الإنتاجية الواحدة وعلى نفس اللوح الطباعي الفلكسوجرافي، وأنه يمكن تطوير استخدام تعدد التسطيرات الشبكية المختلفة على الألواح الطباعية الفلكسوجرافية وإمكانية توافقها مع التصميمات وفنيات الإنتاج المختلفة، وبالتالي إيجاد حلول لإنتاج التصميمات المختلفة بتسطيرات شبكية متعددة على نفس اللوح الطباعي مع الاستفادة القصوى من فنيات الإنتاج المتاحة. على صعيد آخر هناك بعض البرامج المساعدة يتم استخدامها لإخراج تسطيرات شبكية متعددة على نفس سطح اللوح الطباعي ولكن كانت التطبيقات بشكل منفصل ومن ثم تساءل البحث عن مدى جدوى تطوير استخدام تلك البرامج المساعدة وتطويعها للاستفادة القصوى من الإمكانيات المتاحة لدى المطابع، ومحاولة الحصول على أفضل النتائج المرجوة. وقد قام الباحث بطباعة عدة اختبارات ومتابعة نتائج تطبيق فكرة البحث على عمليات طباعية مختلفة مع بعض المنشآت المتخصصة في الطباعة الفلكسوجرافية على خامات التغليف المرن، وتم الحصول على نتائج حافظت على الحصول على تفاصيل طباعية عالية الدقة مع الحفاظ على التشيع اللوني للتأثيرات الأخرى الموجودة بالتصميمات.
|b Flexographic screen ruling depends on the design elements and anilox cell lines available to the printing press producing the printing runs, and it is possible to develop the use of multiple different screen rulings on the same flexographic printing plates and their compatibility with different designs and production techniques, and thus find solutions to produce different designs with multiple screen rulings on the same printing plate while making maximum use of the available production techniques. There are some auxiliary programs that are used to produce multiple screen rulings on the same printing plate surface, but the applications were separate, and the researcher tried to develop the use of these auxiliary programs and adapt them to make maximum use of the capabilities available to printing presses, and try to obtain the best desired results, as follows: Not having to reduce the screen ruling for the entire production process when a color is printed using anilox with a grid line less than the one used with the rest of the design colors directed to anilox with soft line, Not having to add special colors and thus increase the costs, Highlighting the fine details of thin lines or their equivalents by increasing their screen ruling to reach the maximum possible smoothness without dot dipping occurrence, and preserving the other elements with their shade degrees and applying the appropriate and safe screen ruling, Avoiding the occurrence of the (moiré) effect,
