|b Today, implementing CSR represents a major challenge for all organizations. In this context, ISO 26000 stands out as a leading tool for integrating CSR into corporate strategy, applicable to all organizations, whether large or small, and regardless of their sector. In Algeria, SMEs make up 90% of all businesses, highlighting the need to encourage these SMEs to engage in formalized CSR practices. The goal is to analyze the elements of CSR implementation within the strategy of SMEs in the industrial sector. This study demonstrated that successful CSR implementation requires a strategic vision from owners and managers to effectively drive this organizational transformation.
