|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر الانفاق على قطاعي التعليم والصحة على النمو الاقتصادي باستخدام نموذج ARDL للفترة الممتدة ما بين 1990 و2022 من خلال تسليط الضوء على حالة الجزائر، وهذا بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الإطار النظري والمنهج التحليلي للمعطيات للوصول إلى النتائج المرجوة.. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن متغير الإنفاق على التعليم يؤثر تأثريا موجبا ومعنويا في النمو الاقتصادي في المدى الطويل، حيث أن الزيادة ب 1% في الانفاق على التعليم سوف تؤدي إلى زيادة الناتج الاجمالي المحلي ب 3.42%. كما تبين أيضا وجود تأثير سلبي معنوي لمتغير الانفاق الخاص بقطاع الصحة على النمو الاقتصادي حيث أن الزيادة ب1% في الانفاق على الصحة سوف يؤدي إلى انخفاض الناتج الاجمالي المحلي ب 0.077%.
|b This study aims to measure the impact of spending on the education and health sectors on economic growth using the ARDL model for the period between 1990 and 2022 by shedding light on the case of Algeria, relying on the descriptive approach in the theoretical framework and the analytical approach to the data to reach the desired results. The study found that the variable of spending on education has a positive and significant impact on economic growth in the long term, as a 1% increase in spending on education will lead to an increase in the gross domestic product by 3.42%. It was also shown that there is a significant negative effect of the health sector spending variable on economic growth, as a 1% increase in health spending will lead to a decrease in GDP by 0.077%.
