|a هذا العمل أحكام هبة الثواب وتطبيقاتها في مجتمعنا من خلال اللآلئ المنظومة في الفقه مقسم إلى مقدمة ومبحثين وخاتمة أما المقدمة: فقد اشتملت على أهميته وموضوع النظم، وأهداف البحث، وسبب اختياره، ومشكلة البحث ومنهج الدراسة، وخطته. المبحث الأول: تناولت فيه تعريف هبة الثواب لغة واصطلاحا، كما بينت فيه حكمها وأقوال العلماء فيها، وسبب اختلاف العلماء. أما المبحث الثاني: فدرست فيه نص النظم مع الدراسة والتعليق بقدر المستطاع. وانتهيت إلى خاتمة بينت فيها خلاصة ما قاله علماؤنا أن هبة الثواب بيع.
|b This work-"The Gift of Reward: Its Applications and Rulings from the Pearls of the Organized Jurisprudence" is divided into an introduction, two sections, and a conclusion: Introduction: This section includes the importance of the topic, the objectives of the research, the reason for its selection, the research problem, the study methodology, and the outline. Section One: In this section, I discussed the definition of the gift of reward both linguistically and technically. I also clarified its ruling, the opinions of scholars regarding it, and the reasons for their differences. Section Two: In this section, I studied the text of the organized jurisprudence, providing commentary and analysis as far as possible. Finally, I concluded with a summary of what our scholars have stated, affirming that the gift of reward is considered a sale.
