One of the most prevalent illnesses in today's world is viral hepatitis, and there are several mathematical methods to determine the most important factors that lead to the infection with this disease. In this paper, the MCP method is used to select the most important factors ( variables ) that lead to this injury, where simulation is used to compare this method with some penalty methods (lasso, adaptive lasso and MCP). Using the MSE (mean square error) and was applied to the real data. |
