المستخلص: يعد الفساد أحد مظاهر النزاعات؛ فحيثما تجد نزاعًا ستجد فسادًا سواءً كان سياسيًا، اجتماعيًا، اقتصاديًا أو إداريًا، فالفساد بكافة مجالاته يُسبب أضرارًا شتَّى للدولة -محل الفساد عامَّةً-، كما يُعد ظاهرة قديمة الظهور ومنتشرة انتشارًا ليس بالهين؛ حيثُ أن كافة الدول تُعاني من جرائم الفساد وتبعاتها التي لا تُحمد عقباها، وعليه يتوجب الدراسة المستمرة لهذه الظاهرة لكونها تُفتت المجتمع أخلاقيًا، والمجتمع بحاجة إلى سُبل الحماية من هذه الظاهرة الهدّامة، ومن هنا جاءت أهمية الدراسة والتي هدفت إلى التعرف على تأثير الفساد على مشروعات التنمية والاستثمار المحلية والدولية، وتحليل أسباب ونتائج الفساد عامةً وفي الدولة الليبية خاصةً، وأيضًا هدفت إلى زيادة الوعي العام بخصوص خطورة هذه الظاهرة، حيث اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والذي يعد أفضل وأنسب المناهج للوصول إلى أهداف البحث المذكورة، وتم نشر استبانة إلكترونية في كافة منصات التواصل الاجتماعي لتعزيز الوصول إلى المستهدفين من الدراسة، ولزيادة كم المعلومات الموثوقة، وأيضًا لمعرفة المشاكل الاقتصادية التي يواجهها المواطنين في مشروعاتهم التنموية. ومن خلال الدراسة توصل الباحث إلى عدة نقاط والجدير بالذكر منها: - إن الفساد منتشر في القطاع العام أكثر من الخاص. - معظم المواطنين يعانون من ارتفاع أسعار السلع الغذائية وهذا يدل على وجود فساد تجاري والذي يندرج تحت الفساد الاقتصادي. - العديد من المشروعات التنموية والاستثمارية الدولية تتوقف لوجود فساد إداري وسياسي.

Corruption is one of the manifestations of conflicts; Wherever you find conflict, you will find corruption, whether it is political, social, economic, or administrative. Corruption in all its aspects causes various harms to the state the site of corruption in general - and it is considered an ancient and widespread phenomenon. As all countries suffer from corruption crimes and their irreparable consequences, this phenomenon must be continuously studied because it fragments society morally, and society needs ways to protect against this destructive phenomenon. Hence the importance of the study, which aimed to identify the impact of corruption on development projects. and local and international investments, and an analysis of the causes and consequences of corruption in general and in the Libyan state in particular, and also aimed to increase public awareness regarding The seriousness of this phenomenon, as the researcher relied on the descriptive analytical method, which is considered the best and most appropriate method to reach the aforementioned research objectives. An electronic questionnaire was published on all social media platforms to enhance access to the targets of the study, to increase the amount of reliable information, and also to find out the economic problems faced by citizens. in their development projects. Through the study, the researcher reached several points worth noting, including: - Corruption is more widespread in the public sector than in the private sector - Most citizens suffer from high prices of food commodities, and this indicates the presence of commercial corruption, which falls under economic corruption - Many international development and investment projects are halted due to administrative and political corruption
