|a تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد واقع تطبيق مبادئ الرقابة الذاتية وأثرها في ترسيخ أخلاقيات العمل في المؤسسة المينائية بسكيكدة، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في جمع وتحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات من خلال تصميم استبيان وزع على عينة عشوائية من أفراد المؤسسة محل الدراسة، وبينت أهم نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى تطبيق كل من الرقابة الذاتية وأخلاقيات العمل كان جيد حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام لهما (3.84) و (3.88) على الترتيب. كما تبين أن هناك أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدالة (α ≤ 0.05) لمبادئ الرقابة الذاتية في ترسيخ أخلاقيات العمل حيث بلغ مستوى الارتباط (0.486).
|b The study aims to determine the reality of the application of the principles of self-censorship and its impact on the consolidation of the work ethic in the port of Skikda and the analytical descriptive curriculum was used to collect and analyse data and test hypotheses through the design of a questionnaire distributed to a random sample of the institution's members, The most important findings of the study showed that the level of application of both self-control and work ethics was good, with overall average arithmetic (3.84) and (3.88) respectively. It has also been found that there is a statistically significant effect at the indicative level (α ≤ 0.05) of the principles of self-control in the consolidation of work ethics, where the level of association (0.486) is established.
