|a إنَّ محاربة الفساد بشتى أنواعه من الفروض العينية، وإنّ من أهم أنواعه الفساد الإداري، والذي يعتبر عائقاً للتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، ويؤثر سلباً على ثقة المواطنين في المؤسسات العامة والخاصة، ومن أبرز مؤسسات المجتمع التي يقع على عاتقها مكافحة الفساد الإداري، مؤسسة المسجد؛ والتي تعتبر من البنى الأساسية في المجتمع الإسلامي، ولها مكانة عظيمة في الإسلام؛ ومركز للعبادة، ومؤسسة تعليمية وتوجيهية، ولها دوراً ريادياً في مكافحة كافة مظاهر الانفلات والفساد الإداري، والتي يبرز دورها الأساسي كمؤسسة رسمية في الدولة، من خلال مكافحة آفات كثيرة ومعقدة، وتعزيز النزاهة داخل المؤسسات وعلاجها، والمعول الحقيقي لإرساء المبادئ والقيم الأخلاقية للإدارة والمجتمع وتعزيزها.

One of the most prominent institutions in society that is responsible for combating administrative corruption is the mosque institution. Which is considered one of the basic structures in Islamic society, and has a great position in Islam. It is a center of worship, an educational and guidance institution, and has a pioneering role in combating all manifestations of lawlessness and administrative corruption, and its primary role is highlighted as an official institution in the state, by combating many and complex afflictions, enhancing integrity within institutions and treating them, and the real source of establishing and strengthening moral principles and values for administration and society..
