|a تشكل الجهود الدولية في مكافحة الجريمة المنظمة سبيلا مهما في الحفاظ على الإنسانية وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة "الجهود الدولية لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة، دولة قطر أنموذجاً" إلى الكشف عن جهود دولة قطر ودورها في مكافحة الجريمة المنظمة، إذ لم تكن دولة قطر في منأى عن أن تطالها آثار الجريمة المنظمة، لذا تصدى القائمون على شأن السياسة الجنائية في البلاد لهذا النوع من الجريمة، وسنوا قوانين سعت لمواجهتها والحد من آثارها عبر متخلف صورها، وقد تناولت هذه الدراسة هذه الجهود بعد أن عرضت في المبحث الأول لمفهوم الجريمة المنظمة وبينت أركانها وعناصرها التكوينية ومظاهرها، ثم عرضت في المبحث الثاني لمساهمة دولة قطر ضمن الجهود الدولية والوطنية لمنع الجريمة المنظمة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أوردها الباحث في نهاية البحث، مرفقا بقائمة من المصادر والمراجع.
|b International efforts to combat organized crime constitute an important way to preserve humanity. This study, “International Efforts to Combat Organized Crime, the State of Qatar as a Model,” aimed to reveal the efforts of the State of Qatar and its role in combating organized crime, as the State of Qatar was not immune from being attacked by it. The effects of organized crime, so those in charge of criminal policy in the country confronted this type of crime, and enacted laws that sought to confront it and limit its effects through its various forms. This study dealt with these efforts after presenting in the first section the concept of organized crime and explaining its pillars, formative elements, and manifestations. Then, in the second section, I presented the contribution of the State of Qatar within international and national efforts to prevent organized crime.
