|a الحمد لله وحده والصلاة والسلام على سيدنا محمد عليه الصلاة والسلام. يعتبر الحكم على خط الغائب شأن قانوني تختص به جهات ذات اختصاص معين في وقتنا الحاضر حفاظاً على ممتلكات الناس وأنسابهم من التزوير الذي هو باب من أبواب الفساد؛ إلا أنّ الفقهاء في مدينة بني وليد كغيرهم من علماء السلف السابقين قد تعرضوا للمسألة في بعض الفتاوى ونظراً لأهمية الموضوع وتعلقه بالفساد أو بالأحرى من الممكن أن نقول التزوير في الوثائق القديمة لإثبات حق ما أرجوا من الله أن يوفقني في تحقيق وثيقة لأحد علماء المدينة تحمل نفس الموضوع للمشاركة بها في المؤتمر.
