|a هذا بحث بعنوان- العبادات المؤقتة في الشرع بزمن وأثر اجتماع فعل الناس لها في زمن واحد، دراسة فقهية تطبيقية- أردت فيه بيان أثر اجتماع فعل الناس للعبادة وأدائها في صحة العبادة وإجزائها، وقصدت بفعل الناس أي أن غالب الناس يقومون بفعل العبادة التي لها وقت محدد في وقت واحد، معتقدين أنه هو الوقت الشرعي لها، والمقصد من هذا الموضوع الوصول إلى أنه هل أن مجرد اجتماع فعلهم في هذا الوقت يكون مصححا لفعلهم وحجة على صحتها وإجزائها مطلقا؟ وتوصلت إلى أن العبادات الأصل فيها التوقيف والمنع فلا يشرع ولا يصح منها إلا ما كان موافقا للشرع، وليس اجتماع فعل الناس سببا لصحة العبادة، وأن مجرد الاجتماع في فعل العبادات المؤقتة بزمن لا يدل على الصحة، وإنما اجتماعهم هو دليل وحجة في مواضع وأحوال دلت الأدلة الشرعية على اعتبار اجتماعهم حجة.
|b This is research Titled - Temporary acts of worship in the Sharia over a period of time and the effect of the common people’s action for them coming together in one time, an applied jurisprudential study, in which a statement was made of the effect of the common people’s action for worship and its performance coming together on the validity and reward of worship. meaning that the majority of people perform the act of worship for which it is valid. A specific time at one time, believing that it is the legitimate time for it, I concluded that acts of worship are essentially restricted and prohibited, so they are not legislated or valid except those that are in accordance with the law, and the combination of the actions of people or their is not a reason for the validity of worship.
