|a تعد صحيفة بشر بن المعتمر من أوائل الآثار المذكورة في توجيه الناشئة وتعليمهم أساليب الكتابة والخطابة، وترشدهم إلى طرق إجادتها. وقد اشتهر أمر هذه الصحيفة حتى تناقلتها كتب الأدباء والنقاد والبلاغيين قديما وحديثا، حيث وردت الصحيفة كاملة في البيان والتبيين للجاحظ، وذكرها أبو هلال العسكري في كتابه (الصناعتين). حيث يضع بشر بن المعتمر الأديب في المكانة العالية من البلاغة إن استطاع أن يرتقي في أسلوبه مع العامة ليبلغ بهم إلى فهم الخاصة، إذ يتطلب ذلك حسن اختيار الألفاظ والتراكيب التي لا يصعب فهمها على العامة، ولا تبتعد كثيرا عن فهم الخاصة، وذلك فيما أراد إيصاله إلى كل المتلقين على اختلاف طبقاتهم الفكرية والنفسية والاجتماعية، فإنه بذلك يكون قد حقق التوازن والانسجام بين أقدار المعاني وأحوال المستمعين، وهذا هو المعول عليه في العملية التخاطبية التواصلية. وقد أثبت بشر في صحيفته ما وصلت إليه الدراسات اللغوية الحديثة من أن التداولية لا تتعارض مع الدلالة والتركيب، حيث يؤطر الاتجاه التداولي العملية التواصلية- بين المخاطب- بمبادئ وقواعد توجيهية، وطرق الاستخدامات اللغوية في الطبقات المقامية المختلفة بحسب مقاصد المتكلمين.
|b The treatise of Bishr bin Al-Mu'tamir is one of the earliest works mentioned in guiding the youth and teaching them the arts of writing and rhetoric. It provides insights into mastering these skills. The prominence of this treatise has led to its inclusion in the works of literary figures, critics, and rhetoricians, both ancient and modern. The complete text of the treatise is found in Al-Jahiz's "Al-Bayān wa Al-Tabyin", and it is also mentioned by Abu Hilal Al- Askari in his book "Al-Sana'atain". Bishr bin Al-Mu'tamir places the literary figure in a high position of eloquence if he can elevate his style to the understanding of the general public while also appealing to the intellect of the elite. This requires a balance in the use and selection of words and structures that are easily understood by the general audience without being too distant from the comprehension of the elite. This approach aims to convey messages to all recipients, regardless of their intellectual, psychological, or social backgrounds, thus achieving harmony and coherence between the depths of meanings and the conditions of the listeners. This balance is essential in the process of communication. In his treatise, Bishr demonstrated what modern linguistic studies have confirmed: pragmatics does not conflict with semantics and syntax. The pragmatic approach frames the communicative process between the speaker and the listener with guiding principles and rules for the use of language in various contextual settings according to the speakers' intentions.
