|a يسلط البحث الضوء على تكامل تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي AI وتوظيف خوارزمياته في تحليل مسرح الجريمة السيبرانية لتلبية الحاجة الملحة لوجود إطار عمل يخاطب تحديدا تحليل مسرح ومشهد الجريمة في التحقيقات في الجرائم الإلكترونية من اكتشاف أدوات الجريمة، جمع البصمات الإلكترونية والنظر فيما وراء الجريمة من خلال تحليل وفهم سلوك ودوافع المجرم الإلكتروني مما يتطلب نهجا متعدد الأبعاد الأمر الذي يستنزف وقتا وجهدا كبيرا عادةً. وعليه تترجم هذه الدراسة ما سبق من خلال شرح خوارزميات ال (AI) كالتعلم الآلي، رؤية الكمبيوتر، تحليل السلوك وكشف الانحرافات والشذوذ. وتغذي الدراسة إطار العمل بمشاهد تمثيلية كقاعدة بيانات وذلك للتنبؤ مستقبلا بحدوث أنماط مشابهة ومن بعدها تقدم الدراسة نتائج تقييم قابلية الاستخدام في دراسة تجريبية. كما وتبحث الدراسة في التحديات والاعتبارات الأخلاقية المرتبطة باعتماد (AI) في هذا المجال.
|b The research sheds light on the integration of artificial intelligence techniques Al and the employment of its algorithms in analyzing the electronic crime scene to meet the urgent need for a framework that specifically addresses crime scene analysis in investigations in cybercrime from the discovery of crime tools, collecting electronic fingerprints and looking beyond the crime through analyzing and understanding the behavior and motives of the electronic criminal and understanding the behavior and motives of the electronic criminal, which requires a multidimensional approach, which drains time and great effort. Accordingly, this is translated through the explanation of Al algorithms such as machine learning, computer vision, behavior analysis, and deviation detection. The study feeds the framework with representative scenes as a database in order to predict the future occurrence of similar patterns, and then the study provides the results of the evaluation of the use in a pilot study. The study also examines the challenges and ethical considerations associated with Al accreditation in this field.
