|a اتصل التفكير الأصولي منذ خطواته الأولى بالتفكير البلاغي؛ في دراسة بيان القرآن والسنة، مع اتجاه البحث الأصولي إليه بوصفه مادة الدليل الموصل إلى استنباط الحكم الشرعي، وبدأت المراحل الأولى لهذا التداخل الوثيق على يد الإمام محمد ابن إدريس الشافعي المطلبي (ت ٢٠٤هـ)؛ فهو أول من ألف في الأصول كتابه "الرسالة". واستند بحث الشافعي في الأصول في قدر كبير على معرفة طرائق العرب في خطابها للدلالة على المعاني والتي نزل القرآن على ما تعرف العرب منها؛ ومن هنا اتجه لدراسة مباحث من أصول البيان في لسان العرب، والتي عرفت بعد ذلك بـ المجاز والإيجاز، ومن أصول اللغة في: الترادف والاشتراك؛ ليؤسس لفهم واستنباط الحكم من الدليل الشرعي، ويحدد جهات الدلالة في نصوص القرآن والسنة. ويأتي البحث لقراءة وتحليل بعض جذور التفكير والإشارات البلاغية في بحثه الأصولي؛ والتي تمثل نقاط الالتقاء بين البحثين: الأصولي والبياني، ويتتبع تطورها، واستواءها على سوقها في الدرس البلاغي؛ وصولا إلى مرحلة الاصطلاح والتقعيد؛ للوقوف على هذه الجهود، وكيف نفيد منها في دراسة وتحليل البيان.
|b Fundamentalist thought has been closely linked to rhetorical thought from its earliest stages; focusing on the study of the Qur'an and Sunnah's eloquence and linguistic precision. This connection emerged as fundamentalist scholars directed their research toward analyzing these texts as the primary source of evidence for deriving Islamic legal rulings. The initial stages of this close interplay began with Imam Muhammad ibn Idris al-Shafi'i al-Muttalibi (d. 204 AH), who is regarded as the first to author a work on the principles of Islamic jurisprudence through his book Al-Risala. Al-Shafi'i's research in the principles of jurisprudence heavily relied on understanding the linguistic methods of the Arabs in their discourse to convey meanings, as the Qur'an was revealed in accordance with the linguistic conventions familiar to the Arabs. From this perspective, he turned to the study of foundational aspects of Arabic rhetoric, which later came to be known as majaz (figurative language) and ijaz (conciseness), as well as fundamental aspects of language such as synonymy (taraduf) and polysemy (ishtirak). These studies were aimed at establishing a methodological framework for understanding and deriving rulings from legal evidence while identifying the dimensions of meaning in the texts of the Qur'an and Sunnah. This study seeks to examine and analyze some of the foundational roots of al-Shafi'i's thought and the rhetorical insights embedded within his jurisprudential research. These elements represent points of convergence between the disciplines of usul al-fiqh (principles of jurisprudence) and balaghah (rhetoric). The research traces their development and maturation within rhetorical studies. culminating in the stages of formalization and establishing principles. this allows for a detailed examination of these efforts and their outcomes, as well as an exploration of how they can be effectively utilized in the study and analysis of rhetorical expression.
