|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على واقع السياسة التعليمية في تمكين الفئات المهمشة في التعليم قبل الجامعي، وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي؛ لمناسبته لموضوع البحث، كما استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة بحثية للتعرف على واقع دور السياسة التعليمية في تمكين الفئات المهمشة في التعليم قبل الجامعي، وقد أوصى البحث بعدد من التوصيات، منها: تنظيم ورش عمل وحلقات نقاش للأهالي والمعلمين حول أهمية دعم الفئات المهمشة وكيفية تقديم الدعم اللازم لهم، مراجعة السياسات التعليمية الحالية والعمل على تعديلها بما يتناسب مع احتياجات الفئات المهمشة وضمان حقوقهم في التعليم، إنشاء لجان مختصة لمتابعة تنفيذ السياسات وتقييم تأثيرها على الفئات المهمشة بشكل دوري لضمان تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة.
|b The current research aims to understand the reality of educational policies in empowering marginalized groups in pre-university education. The researcher used the descriptive method due to its suitability for the research topic and employed a questionnaire as a research tool to identify the role of educational policies in empowering marginalized groups in pre-university education. The research made several recommendations, including: organizing workshops and discussion sessions for parents and teachers on the importance of supporting marginalized groups and how to provide the necessary support, reviewing current educational policies and working on modifying them to meet the needs of marginalized groups and ensure their educational rights, and establishing specialized committees to monitor the implementation of policies and periodically evaluate their impact on marginalized groups to ensure the achievement of the desired goals.
