|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية الكشف عن أثر تدريبات المناعة النفسية في خفض قلق التدريس لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة. وصممت الدراسة مقياسا لقلق التدريس، كما أعدت برنامجا إرشاديا مستند إلى المناعة النفسية تم تطبيقهما على عينة الدراسة الأساسية المكونة من (64) معلما من الجنسين بمدارس التربية الخاصة بمحافظة القاهرة بجمهورية مصر العربية، مقسمين إلى مجموعتين أحدهما تجريبية والأخرى ضابطة قوام كل منها (32) معلما ومعلمة، وبتطبيق البرنامج على أفراد المجموعة التجريبية؛ خلصت الدراسة بالعديد من النتائج أهمها الأثر الإيجابي الفعال للبرنامج المستخدم في الحد من قلق التدريس لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة ممن تعرضوا للتدريب على مكونات المناعة النفسية؛ وتوصي الدراسة بالتأكيد على أهمية تنشيط المناعة النفسية لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة من أجل خفض قلقهم التدريسي.
|b The current study aimed to reveal the impact of psychological resilience training in reducing teaching anxiety among special education teachers. The study designed a scale for teaching anxiety and prepared a psychological immunity-based counseling program that was applied to the main study sample consisting of (64) teachers of both sexes in special education schools in Cairo Governorate, Arab Republic of Egypt, divided into two groups, one experimental and the other control, each consisting of (32) male and female teachers, and by applying the program The study concluded with several results, the most important of which is the positive and effective impact of the program used in reducing teaching anxiety among members of the study sample who were exposed to training on the components of psychological immunity; the study recommends emphasizing the importance of activating psychological immunity among special education teachers in order to reduce their teaching anxiety.
