|a إن الفتوى هي جهاز التنفس للأمة الإسلامية في أنحاء الأرض وازدادت أهميتها في هذا العصر الحديث الذ كثرت فيه التغيرات والنوازل والمستجدات فكان لزاماً وفرض عين على الأمة أن تنصب المجتهدين والمفتين وتهيئتهم ليدلوا الناس على ما فيه صلاح دينهم ودنياهم. وأما الذكاء الاصطناعي فهو أمر مستحدث ومصطلح زاد استخدامه أخيرا حتى بات قضية ملحة بين الباحثين والمطورين والمتخصصين في شتى المجالات؛ كأثر للتطور التقني والتكنولوجي الذي يشهد العالم في مجال تطوير الآلات والروبوتات مما يثير التساؤل حول مدى صلاحيته في هداية الإنسان وتقديم وتقديم الموعظة الحسنة، وعلاقته بمدى إصدار الفتاوى الصحيحة التي تراعى الواقع المتغير، وهل ستتحول قال الفقهاء» إلى «قال الروبوت أو النظام الآلي».
