The study aimed to identify the reality of psychological burnout among intervention agents affiliated with the main civil protection unit in the state of Djelfa, with a group of 100 intervention agents. We relied on the descriptive approach using the Maslach Burnout Scale, and the study found a high level of psychological burnout among the majority of individuals. We also found that civil protection intervention agents suffer from emotional exhaustion, dullness of feelings (moderate), and lack of personal achievement. |
