المستخلص: يقيس البحث مدى تطبيق متطلبات نظام إدارة البيئة وفقا للمواصفة الدولية ISO:14006:2020 عن طريق قوائم الفحص التي صممت خصيصا لهذا الغرض وبمقياس سباعي يعتمد على التنفيذ الفعلي والتوثيق معا، وذلك انطلاقا من تساؤلين مفادهما ما مدى توافر متطلبات هذه المواصفة في محطة المنصورية الغازية لإنتاج الطاقة الكهربائية بوصفها موقعا مناسبا لإجراء البحث؟ وما حجم الفجوة بين الواقع الفعلي والإجراءات الإدارية الحالية المتبعة فيها؟. إذ تم اختبار ثمانية بنود من بنود المواصفة المشار إليها آنفا، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة نتائج كان من أهمها وجود فجوة بنسبة (۳۳%) في تطبيق متطلبات نظام إدارة البيئة للتصميمات الإيكولوجية على أرض الواقع ناتجة عن ضعف تطبيق بعض فقرات البنود الفرعية وتوثيقها، إذ بدى التفاوت واضحا في تطبيق بنود المواصفة، فضلا عن قلة عناية محطة المنصورية الغازية في وضع خطط وبرامج الحماية البيئة المحيطة بها. ولتقليل هذه الفجوة فقد شخص البحث نقاط القوة بغية تعزيزها، ونقاط الضعف بغية معالجتها ولكل بند من بنود المواصفة. ولوجود فجوة في تطبيق نظام إدارة البيئة فقد أوصينا بوضع خطط عمل لتطبيق متطلبات هذا النظام ليسهل الحصول على المواصفة أو تطبيقها بنسبة أكبر، فضلا عن تبني منهج التحسين المستمر وعده منهجا لعمل المحطة وسياقا متبعا فيها.

The research measures the extent of application of the requirements of the environmental management system in accordance with the international standard ISO:14006:2020 through checklists designed specifically for this purpose and on a seven-point scale based on actual implementation and documentation together, based on two questions: What is the extent of availability of the requirements of this standard at the Mansourieh gas station? To produce electrical energy as a suitable location for research? What is the size of the gap between the actual reality and the current administrative procedures followed? Eight items of the specification referred to above were tested, and the research reached a set of results, the most important of which was the presence of a gap of (33%) in the application of the requirements of the environmental management system for ecological designs on the ground resulting from the weakness of applying and documenting some of the sub-items, as it appeared The discrepancy is clear in the application of the provisions of the specification, in addition to the lack of care taken by the Mansouriya gas station in developing plans and programs to protect the surrounding environment. To reduce this gap, the research identified the strengths in order to enhance them, and the weak points in order to address them, for each item of the specification. Due to the presence of a gap in the application of the environmental management system, we recommended developing action plans to implement the requirements of this system to facilitate obtaining the standard or applying it to a greater extent, as well as adopting a continuous improvement approach and considering it a method for the station’s work and a context to be followed in it.
