|a يظهر انتعاش النشاط الفندقي في معدل نمو الاستثمار في هذا القطاع، وعليه فقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لقياس دالة الاستثمار في القطاع الفندقي بهدف إبراز العوامل الخارجية المؤثرة على النشاط الفندقي في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1990 إلى غاية 2022، بالإضافة إلى إظهار مدى تأثير كل عامل. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن المتغيرات التي لها تأثير على دالة الاستثمار في نشاط الفندقة في الجزائر تتمثل أساسا في الاستقرار والأمن السياحي، سعر الصرف وعدد السياح الوافدين.
|b The recovery of Hotel activity appears in the high rate of investment growth in this sector, and therefore this study came to measure the function of Hotel investment with the aim of highlighting the external factors affecting Hotel activity in Algeria during the period extending from 1990 to 2022, in addition to showing the extent of the impact of each factor. The study concluded that the variables that have an impact on the Hotel investment function in Algeria are the tourism stability and security, mainly represented by the exchange rate and the number of arriving tourists.
