المستخلص: Economic sanctions express a set of punitive measures with an economic dimension. taken by any international party, whether a country or an organization, against another international party, The most important of these measures are the blockade and embargo, imposed under the Embargo framework international relations. Which is considered a means to punish regimes or organizations that violate peace and security international sanctions, in which we distinguish between economic sanctions imposed within the framework of the Security Council, and sanctions other international powers applied by one of the five permanent states in the executive body of the United Nations, Most of which lead to deviation from international legitimacy in a way that violates the rights and freedoms of states human beings alike, leaving dire effects on the economy of countries.
