المستخلص: يتضمن المقال دراسة أصولية لحديث أحلت لنا ميتتان، ويهدف إلى الإجابة عن إشكال واقع بين النصوص المتعارضة في أحكام الميتة ودمائها، وما هي أهم القواعد الأصولية المؤثرة في توجيه حديث أحلت لنا ميتتان؟ واعتمدت على المنهج التحليلي: وذلك من خلال التحليل الأصولي لكل ألفاظ الحديث مقتصرا على المسائل والفوائد الأصولية لمناسبتها لموضوع المقال، وقمت كذلك باستنباط أهم الأحكام الفقهية من هذا الحديث بواسطة القواعد الأصولية، معتمدا في ذلك على أهم الكتب الأصولية والفقهية، وخلص البحث إلى مدى أهمية التحليل الأصولي لألفاظ النصوص الشرعية، وأثر الفهم الصحيح للقواعد الأصولية في توجيه الأحاديث النبوية، ومدى إسهامها في تأصيل أحكام الميتة ودمائها.

The article revolves around a fundamentalist study of the hadith “Two dead animals have been made permissible for us.” This article aims to answer the problem between the conflicting texts in the rulings on dead animals and their blood. What are the most important fundamentalist rules that influence the interpretation of the hadith “Two dead animals have been made permissible for us?” In this research, I relied on the analytical approach: through the fundamentalist analysis of all the words of the hadith, and I mostly limited myself to the fundamentalist issues and benefits due to their relevance to the topic of the article. I also deduced the most important jurisprudential rulings from this hadith by means of the fundamentalist rules, relying on the most important fundamentalist and jurisprudential books. The research concluded with the extent of the importance of the fundamentalist analysis of the words of the legal texts, the effect of the correct understanding of the fundamentalist rules in interpreting the prophetic hadiths, and the extent of their contribution to establishing the rulings on dead animals and their blood.
