|a تُعد رقمنة منظومة التقاضي بشكل عام ليست غاية، بل وسيلة لتحسين الأوضاع وتحقيق العدالة الناجزة وتخفيض النفقات غير المبررة، وإن كان هناك مشاكل بنيوية ومرفقية كبيرة في بعض الدول يكون حلها فقط من خلال توفير الاعتمادات المالية اللازمة لاستمرارية مشاريع الرقمنة المختلفة مع وضع الضمانات الدستورية على رأس الأولويات، وليس بمجرد سن قانون خاص أو إدخال تعديلات على قانون، من دون التأكد من صلاحيته للتطبيق. والجديد في الأمر، هو أن يترافع المحامي بالطريقة الافتراضية أو الرقمية عن طريق استخدام وسائل التكنولوجيا الحديثة.

Although there are significant structural problems and annexes in some States, their solution is solved only by providing the necessary funds for the continuity of the various digitization projects, with constitutional guarantees as a priority. and not simply by enacting a special law or introducing amendments to a law, without ascertaining its applicability. And what's new about it, is for the lawyer to argue in the virtual or digital way through the use of modern technology.
