Algeria is the region's most promising future market, and one of the most dynamic in the developing world. However, the non-existence of a financial market in Algeria means that banks and financial institutions play a crucial role, both in collecting resources and in granting medium- and long-term loans to businesses. In order to guarantee the development of their share of the Algerian market, private banks are offering new products in the credit sector. To this end, we have formulated the following problem: what impact does the diversification of loans granted have on the ABG bank's net profit? |
