|a تناولت هذه الدراسة ملامح أخلاقيات الإرشاد السياحي بوصفها متغيرا مستقلا (تفسيريا)، وإرشاد الأطفال والمراهقين بوصفها متغيرا تابعا (استجابيا)، في رسالة الحقوق للإمام السجاد عليه السلام. تفاعل المتغيرين لتشكيل الإطار الفكري والفلسفي لهذه الدراسة. وفي ضوء ذلك نشأ التساؤل الرئيس: (كيف تكون ملامح أخلاقيات الإرشاد السياحي في إرشاد الأطفال والمراهقين على وفق رسالة الحقوق للإمام السجاد عليه السلام؟ معبر عنه بعدد من المحاور الفكرية. وتكمن أهمية الدراسة في أنها ستخرج بتأصيل فكري فلسفي لطبيعة متغيرات الدراسة. توصل الباحثان عن طريق الدراسة إلى جملة من التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة وجود خطط وسياسات قومية تتبناها الدولة، فضلا عن القوانين والتشريعات بشأن صغار السن، من خلال توفير الدعم المادي، والتعليمي، والعلاجي، والترفيهي لهم بوصفهم أفرادا في المجتمع لهم الحق في الحياة.
|b This study dealt with the features of the ethics of tourist guides as an independent variable (interpretive), and guiding children and adolescents as a dependent variable (responsive), according to the message of rights of Imam al-Sajjad, peace be upon him. The interaction of the two variables to form the intellectual and philosophical framework for this study. In light of this, the main question arose (How are the features of the ethics of tourist guidance in guiding children and adolescents according to the message of rights of Imam al-Sajjad (peace be upon him)?) expressed by a number of intellectual axes, and the importance of the study lies in that it will come out with an intellectual and philosophical rooting of the nature of the study variables. Through the study, the researchers reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: the necessity of having national plans and policies adopted by the state, in addition to laws and legislation regarding young people, by providing them with material, educational, therapeutic, and recreational support as individuals in society who have the right to life.
