Sexual harassment has become a wide spread phenomenon in the Algerian society. It, significantly, contradicts its values and ethics. Thus, the current study aims to uncover this phenomenon, shed light on the unethical practices associated with it, and identify its various forms in sports clubs and associations. The study adopted a descriptive analytical method and used questionnaires and SPSS for data collection and analysis. The sample consisted of 56 female athletes from various sports clubs and associations. The study concluded that sexual harassment has prominent social, educational and psychological impacts on the individuals, particularly women. |
