The governor is considered the chief executive of the province and the sole direct representative of each minister in the context of representing the state. He ensures the implementation of laws and regulations and the respect for state symbols and emblems while performing administrative tasks to maintain order, security, and public tranquility. |d Selon la loi régionale 12/07, le wali dispose de grands pouvoirs. Il représente à la fois les provinces et l'État, et est considéré, en ce qui concerne le représentant national, comme le président administratif du pays et son unique représentant direct. Les ministres du ministère veillent à l'application des lois et règlements, ainsi qu'au respect des symboles et des emblèmes nationaux, dans le cadre de leurs missions administratives visant à maintenir l'ordre, la sécurité et la sûreté publique. | ||
