|a خلاصة هذا البحث هو دراسة واقع التماثل والتكامل من خلال بناء مقياس السلوك المرتبط بالأداء لقياسهما ومعرفة دورهما بين رئيس الاتحاد وأعضاءه في الاتحادات الفرعية لألعاب المضرب فكانت العينة هم رؤساء وأعضاء الاتحادات الفرعية الألعاب المضرب البالغ عددهم (١١٤) فرد واخذ المجتمع بالكامل (الحصر الشامل) وحدد الباحث ألعاب المضرب (التنس الأرضي، تنس الطاولة، الريشة الطائرة، الاسكواش) والهدف من هذه الدراسة هو معرفة أيهما صاحب الدور الكبير لنجاح الاتحادات الرياضية إدارياً هل هو التماثل الذي يعني التشابه بالقيم والصفات الشخصية والأفكار أم التكامل الذي يعني الاختلاف ولكن مكملين بعضهم لبعض، حدد الباحث مجالات المقياس من خلال عرض مجموعة إجراءات منها الاستبيان المفتوحة والخبراء والرسائل والأطاريح والكتب وعرضت على الخبراء لتحديد صلاحيتها ثم إعداد الفقرات وأيضا عرضها على الخبراء وتحديد صلاحيتها عن طريق اختبار مربع كا وبعد اكتمال المقياس بشكله الأولي وتكون من أربع مجالات (أسلوب التفكير التباعدي التقاربي، موقع الضبط الداخلي- الخارجي، الأسلوب المعرفي المسايرة - المغايرة، أسلوب التفكير المقيد - المرن) وكل مجال يحتوي على ست فقرات واتخذ الباحث طريقة المواقف أي تكون كل فقرة تحمل اختيارين (أ، ب) ولتسهيل الحصول على الإجابات تم تصميم استمارة إلكترونية وإجراء التجربة الاستطلاعية على (١٤) فرد، بعد تلك الإجراءات أجريت تجربة البناء على (۱۰۰) فرد من العينة وتم الحصول على (٩٦) إجابة تم التعامل مع الإجابات إحصائيا لاستخراج القدرة التمييزية للفقرات واستخدام الأسس العلمية (صدق وثبات وموضوعية) للمقياس ليكتمل بشكله النهائي ويصبح جاهز للتطبيق.
|b The conclusion of this research is to study the reality of symmetry and integration by building a measure of performance-related behavior to measure them and find out their role between the president of the federation and its members in the sub-Federations of racquet games, the sample were the presidents and members of the sub-Federations of racquet games, numbering (114) individuals and took the whole community (comprehensive inventory) and the researcher identified racquet games(floor tennis, table tennis, badminton, squash) the aim of this study is to find out which personality and ideas or integration, which means different but complementary to each other, The researcher identified the areas of the scale by presenting a set of procedures, including open questionnaires, experts, theses, theses and books, and presented them to experts to determine their validity, then prepare paragraphs, and also presented them to experts and determine their validity by testing the Ka box, after the scale is completed in its first form and consists of four areas(divergent-convergent thinking style, internal- external- To facilitate obtaining answers, an electronic form was designed and an exploratory experiment was conducted on (14) individuals, after those procedures, an experiment was conducted based on (100) individuals from the sample and (96) answers were obtained, the answers were statistically treated to extract the discriminatory ability of paragraphs and use the scientific foundations (honesty, consistency and objectivity) of the scale to complete in its final form and become ready for application.
