|a إن الأفعال الكلامية من الموضوعات التداولية الحيوية إذ تقف عند قوة الإنجاز والتأثير في المخاطب على وفق الأفعال القولية، وتسعى لتحقيق مقاصد معينة. وتطبيق هذه النظرية على النص الديني عن طريق قول المعصوم (عليه السلام) فيما يتعلق بحقوق الإنسان وواجباته يحقق إنجازاً علمياً ودينياً في الوقت ذاته؛ لأنه يكشف عن مرادات المتكلم صاحب السلطة الدينية في ظرف السكوت وعدم فاعلية سلطته بشكل صريح. ويرسم طريق التحقيق السليم والواضح لعلاقات الإنسان مع ربه، ومع مجتمعه، ومع نفسه. وقد درسنا رسالة الحقوق للإمام السجاد (عليه السلام) للوقوف عند هذا الغرض عبر تطبيق نظرية الفعل الكلامي التي أسسها أوستن وأكملها سيرل. ودورهما في إيجاد هذه النظرية.
|b Speech acts are among the vital deliberative topics, as they stand at the power of achieving and influencing the addressee according to verbal acts, and seek to achieve specific goals. Applying this theory to the religious text through the words of the Infallible (peace be upon him) regarding human rights and duties achieves a scientific and religious achievement at the same time, because it reveals the intentions of the speaker with religious authority in a circumstance of silence and the ineffectiveness of his authority explicitly. It charts the path to a sound and clear investigation of a person’s relationship with his Lord, with his society, and with himself. We have studied the treatise on rights by Imam al-Sajjad (peace be upon him) to determine this purpose by applying the theory of the speech act that Austin founded and completed by Searle and their role in creating this theory.
