إن دراسة موضوع صناعة الإعلان في محافظة بابل دراسة في جغرافية الصناعة لها أهميتها من خلال دورها الكبير في رفع المستوى الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والثقافي لمحافظة بابل حيث شهدت هذه الصناعة تقدما تقنيا متطوراً ومتسارعاً سواء على مستوى الآلات والمكائن أو على مستوى الإنتاج وقد أصبحت منتجات هذه الصناعة مطلباً ضرورياً لأغلب فئات المجتمع لذا تعد من الصناعات التي تستثمر رؤوس الأموال كونها تفتح أفاق لصناعات أخرى وقد تحقق فرص عمل تجذب فيها الكثير من العاطلين عن العمل إضافة إلى وجود سوق يستوعب جميع منتجات هذه الصناعة، وعليه هدفت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع صناعة الإعلان في محافظة بابل ومعرفة طبيعة توزيعه بين أقضية المحافظة، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك تباين في توزيع المطابع في محافظة بابل وتصدر قضاء الحلة المرتبة الأولى بأعداد المطابع وإعداد العاملين في صناعة الإعلان ويعزى سبب ذلك أن قضاء الحلة يعتبر مركز المحافظة فضلاً عن توفر رؤوس الأموال الكبيرة، كما تبين من الدراسة أن صناعة الإعلان تعاني من مشاكل تواجه هذه الصناعة منها مشكلة الأيدي العاملة ومشكلة المواد الأولية.
Studying the subject of the advertising industry in Babil Governorate, a study in the geography of the industry, has its importance through its great role in raising the economic, social and cultural level of Babil Governorate, as this industry has witnessed advanced and rapid technical progress, whether at the level of machinery and machines or at the production level, and the products of this industry have become a necessary requirement. For most segments of society, it is considered one of the industries that invest capital because it opens horizons for other industries and may provide job opportunities that attract many unemployed people, in addition to the presence of a market that absorbs all the products of this industry. Therefore, the study aimed to shed light on the reality of the advertising industry in the governorate. Babel and knowing the nature of its distribution among the districts of the governorate. The study also concluded that there is a discrepancy in the distribution of printing presses in the Babel governorate, and the Hillah district ranks first in the number of printing presses and the number of workers in the advertising industry. The reason for this is that the Hillah district is considered the center of the governorate, in addition to the availability of large capitals. The study revealed that the advertising industry suffers from problems facing this industry, including the problem of manpower and the problem of raw materials.
