المستخلص: الزواج هو العلاقة الإنسانية التي تبنى على أساسها الأسرة كما يعد نظاما اجتماعيا مركبا من المعايير الاجتماعية تحدد بموجبه العلاقة بين الرجل والمرأة ويفرض عليهما نسقا من الالتزامات والحقوق المتبادلة الضرورية لاستمرار حياة الأسرة وضمان أدائهما لوظائفها ويعد هذا العقد إعلانا يعترف بمقتضاه كل من الزوج والزوجة بمكانته الجديدة في المجتمع وعلى هذا يعد الزواج هو النظام أو مجموعة المعايير التي توطد العلاقة بين الزوجين. إلا انه في بعض الأحيان لأسباب متعددة قد لا تستمر العلاقة الزوجية بين الطرفين مما يجعل استمرار العلاقة أمرا صعبا وبنفس الوقت ينعكس سلبا على الأطفال، لذا يحاول البحث الحالي معرفة الأسباب. لذا يحاول البحث الحالي معرفة الأسباب التي قد تكون سببا في فشل العلاقة بينهما ومن ثم الطلاق وتحقيق هدف البحث اختار الباحثون عينة عشوائية من المطلقين بواقع (14) مطلقين، و(38) مطلقات وبمجموع (52) مطلق ومطلقة من المراجعين المركز الإرشاد الأسري التابع للعتبة الحسينية المقدسة/ فرع بابل، وقد أعد الباحثون مقياس الطلاق وذلك عن طريق توزيع استبيان استطلاعي على عينة مؤلفة من (20) مطلق ومطلقة، وبعد تفريغ إجابات الاستبانة الاستطلاعية تكون المقياس من (29) فقرة، وقد وضعت أمام كل فقرة ثلاث بدائل هي تنطبق على دائما تنطبق على أحيانا، تنطبق على قليلا) وبعد استخراج الخصائص السايكومترية (الصدق والثبات) تكون المقياس بصورته النهائية من (21) فقرة. وباستعمال الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة ظهرت النتائج الآتية: جاءت بالمرتبة الأولى والتي حصلت على أعلا وسط مرجح الفقرات: (أسلوب الزوج أو الزوجة غير اللائق أو التعصب أو التفرد بالرأي وعدم احترام رأي الزوجة). (الغيرة الزائدة وسوء الظن (قلة الثقة) سواء من الزوج أو الزوجة)، (الزوج غير مؤهل ماديا لغرض الإنفاق على الزوجة والأطفال وبالتالي الاتكال على أهل الزوجة أو الاعتماد على راتب الزوجة). (تدخل الأهل غير المناسب مثل أم الزوج أو أم الزوجة أو الوالد واخذ رأيهم بكل صغيرة وكبيرة). (اختلاف وجهات النظر وقلة التوافق بين الطرفين مما يؤدي إلى صعوبة الانسجام بينهما)، (الخيانة الزوجية بسبب وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والخروج عن طاعة الزوج)، (تسرع أهل الزوجة باللجوء إلى القانون دون إعطاء فرصة لحل المشكلة وديا). ثم بعد ذلك جاءت بالمرتبة الثانية الفقرات: (اللامبالاة وعدم شعور الزوج أو الزوجة بالمسؤولية فارق العمر وسوء الاختيار)، (فشل الأم والإهمال وعدم مراعات الجانب الديني سواء من الزوج أو الزوجة)، (البخل وقلة الاهتمام والتقصير بالمتطلبات الزوجية والأسرية). (تعاطي المخدرات أو الكحول أو كلاهما مما يترتبعليه استعمال العنف الأسري)، (التسرع في الزواج وعدم توافر وقت كافي لكلا الطرفين لكي يعرف كل منهما الطرف الآخر)، (الفارق الكبير في المستوى العلمي والثقافي والمعيشي بين الزوج والزوجة مما يسبب عدم التوافق الاجتماعي والفكري)، (الزواج المبكر)، (إصرار الزوجة على ارتداء الملابس غير المحتشمة)، (كثرة المشاكل بسبب كثرة أفراد العائلة). ثم بعد ذلك جاءت بالمرتبة الثالثة الفقرات: (القانون المجحف بحق الأسرة لأن القانون منحاز للزوجة بشكل كامل وخاصة موضوع (النقطة)، (تعدد الزوجات)، (سهر الزوج المستمر والغير المبرر وقلة تخصيص وقت لزوجته وأطفاله)، (قلة احترام أهل الزوجة ومحاولة الانتقاص منهم في أي مناسبه أو مشكلة). وفي ضوء النتائج خرج البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات

Marriage is the human relationship on which the family is built. It is also considered a social system composed of social standards according to which the relationship between a man and a woman is determined and imposes on them a system of mutual obligations and rights necessary for the continuation of family life and ensuring their performance of its functions. However, sometimes, for various reasons, the marital relationship between the two parties may not continue, which makes the continuation of the relationship difficult and at the same time reflects negatively on the children, so the current research attempts to find out the reasons. Therefore, the current research attempts to find out the reasons that may cause the failure of the relationship between them and then divorce To achieve the goal of the research, the researchers chose a random sample of divorced people, consisting of (14) divorced men, (38) divorced women, and a total of (52) divorced men and women from the visitors of the Family Guidance Center of the Holy Shrine of Hussein / Babylon Branch. The researchers prepared a divorce scale by distributing a survey questionnaire. (Difference of views and lack of compatibility between the two parties, which leads to difficulty in harmony between them), (Marital infidelity due to social media and disobedience to the husband), ( The wife’s family rushes to resort to the law without giving them an opportunity to resolve the problem amicably Then came in second place the paragraphs: (indifference and lack of responsibility by the husband or wife, age difference, and poor choices), (failure of the mother, neglect, and lack of consideration of the religious aspect by either the husband or wife), (stinginess, lack of interest, and negligence in marital and family requirements). (Abusing drugs or alcohol, or both, which results in the use of domestic violence), (rushing into marriage and not having enough time for both parties to get to know each other), (the great difference in the educational, cultural, and living standards between husband and wife, which causes social and intellectual incompatibility) , (early marriage), (the wife’s insistence on wearing immodest clothing), (a lot of problems due to the large number of family members Then the paragraphs came in third place: (The law is unfair to the family because the law is completely biased towards the wife, especially the subject of (the point), (polygamy), (the husband’s constant and unjustified staying up late and lack of allocating time for his wife and children), (lack of respect for the wife’s family and an attempt to belittle her). In light of the results, the research came out with a set of recommendations and proposals.
