|a هدف البحث التعرف على أثر الابتكار الأمني للجريمة في إمارة الشارقة، كما سعى البحث إلى رصد واقع ثقافة الابتكار في القيادة العامة لشرطة الشارقة، مع توضيح الدور التي تسهم به المبتكرات في خفض معدل الجريمة في إمارة الشارقة، من أجل التوصل إلى المعوقات التي تحد من ثقافة الابتكار في القيادة العامة لشرطة الشارقة، كما وضح البحث العوامل التي يجب أن تتوافر في القيادة العامة لشرطة الشارقة لتطبيق سياسة الابتكار، مع حصر أهم المبتكرات التي تسهم في خفض معدل الجريمة في إمارة الشارقة، وقد استعمل البحث أسلوب المقابلات من أجل التوصل إلى النتائج التي تجيب على تساؤلات الدراسة وتحقق أهدافها.
|b This research aims to identify the impact of security innovation on crime in the Emirate of Sharjah. It also seeks to monitor the reality of the culture of innovation in the Sharjah Police General Command, with an explanation of the role that innovations contribute to reduce the crime rate in the Emirate of Sharjah, and to find the obstacles that limit the culture of innovation. In the Sharjah Police General Command, this research also explains the factors that must be available in the Sharjah Police General Command to implement the innovation policy, with an inventory of the most important innovations that contribute to reduce the crime rate in the Emirate of Sharjah. The research used the interview method to reach results that answer the questions and achieve its objectives.
