المستخلص: من المعلوم أن المقاصد الشرعية هو علم عظيم وهو أحد علوم أصول الفقه وهو المعاني والحكم الملحوظة للشارع في جميع أحوال التشريع أو معظمها التي تبغي جلب المنافع وتكثيرها ودفع المفاسد وتقليلها، وهذا البحث محاولة مني لبيان بعض من تلكم المقاصد واستنباط الأحكام من القرآن الكريم، فقد أخذت آية القصاص مثالا لبيان الحكم والمصالح في المقاصد في هذا التشريع، وكذلك بيان علاقة العلوم الشرعية مع بعض، وقسمت البحث على مقدمة ومبحثين ثم ختمت بأهم النتائج ثم ذكرت المصادر.

It is well known that the Maqasid (objectives) of Shariah is a great science and one of the sciences of the principles of Islamic jurisprudence (Usul al-Fiqh). It refers to the meanings and wisdom observed by the Lawgiver in all or most of the situations of legislation, which aim to bring about benefits and increase them, and to ward off harms and reduce them. This research is my attempt to clarify some of these objectives and to derive rulings from the Qur'an. I have taken the verse on retaliation (Qisas) as a model to explain the rulings and the benefits in the objectives of this legislation. I have also highlighted the relationship between different Islamic sciences. I structured the research into an introduction, two main sections, followed by the most important conclusions, and then listed the source. This passage outlines a research effort to explore the objectives of Islamic law through the lens of the verse on Qisas, emphasizing the benefits and wisdom behind its legislation.
