المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى تعريف الذرائع، وبيان معنى سدها، ومعرفة أقسام الذرائع، ومعرفة أحكام سد الذرائع وشروطها، وبيان تعريف الإلحاد وأسبابه والآثار المرتبة عليه، وتوضيح ذرائع الملحدين، ومن ثم إعمال قاعدة سد الذرائع لمواجهة ظاهرة الإلحاد؛ ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وقد سلكت الباحثة في هذا البحث مسلك الاختصار، فاقتصرت على ما ترى أهميته، إذ البحث في هذا الموضوع يحتاج إلى تفصيلات يصعب استيعابها في هذا البحث المختصر، وذلك من خلال تقسيم البحث إلى فصلين، الفصل الأول: سد الذرائع، وفيه ثلاثة مباحث، المبحث الأول: تعريف الذرائع وبيان معنى سدها، المبحث الثاني أقسام الذرائع وأحكامها وشروطها، المبحث الثالث: أدلة الأخذ بسد الذرائع، والفصل الثاني: الإلحاد، وفيه ثلاثة مباحث: المبحث الأول: معنى الإلحاد والأسباب المؤدية إليه، المبحث الثاني: مطاعن الملحدين في العصر الحديث، وآثاره المترتبة على الفرد والمجتمع، والمبحث الثالث: تطبيق قاعدة سد الذرائع لمواجهة الإلحاد، وتوصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج كان أهمها: اعتبار الذرائع سداً وفتحاً دليل على مرونة الشريعة الإسلامية، وأنها بحق نزلت رحمة للعالمين تساير واقع الناس في كل جديد نافع، أن للإلحاد والانحراف العقدي آثاراً وخيمة على الفرد والمجتمع بالتفكك والانقسام، والأمراض النفسية من انفصام وعدم اتزان، وارتفاع معدلات الانتحار، وحروب وكوارث، وخسائر مادية وبشرية، أن مفهوم الإلحاد يشمل كل ميل وانحراف عن الدين، وليس مقصوراً على نفي الإله.

This research aimed to identify pretexts, and to explain meaning of its blocking, and to know parts of pretexts, beside provision and conditions of pretexts blocking, and explain definition of atheism, its causes and consequences, and to explain pretexts of atheists, then to use rule of pretexts blocking to face atheism phenomenon. To achieve objectives of the research, the researcher has used the descriptive method, taking the shortcut, she confined on what it was important, because searching in this subject needs details that can be difficult to understand in this summarized research, through dividing the research into tow chapter: chapter one: pretexts blocking, which consists of three themes, the first theme: definition of pretexts blocking and explaining meaning of blocking, the second theme: parts of pretexts, provisions and conditions, the third theme: evidence for pretexts blocking. chapter two: the atheism, and consists of three themes; the first theme: meaning of atheism and leading reasons, the second theme pretexts of atheists and their consequences, the third theme: application the rule of pretexts blocking to face atheism. The study concluded many results, the most important are: blocking and opening of pretexts are considered as an evidence Sharia flexibility, and it is true that Sharia was sent as a mercy for all people and it is in line with their reality in all new and useful, atheism and doctrinal deviation have bad effects on individual and community, with disintegration and division, mental diseases such as schizophrenia and imbalance, high rates of suicide, wars and disasters, material and human losses, concept of atheism includes each tendency and deviation from religion and is not only limited to deny the God.
