|a يتناول البحث نازلة معاصرة، وهي أزمة كورونا ودور الزكاة في معالجة تداعياتها، واعتمدت فيه على المنهج الاستقرائي، والتحليلي، وقد عالج البحث دور مصارف الزكاة للتخفيف من تداعيات هذه الأزمة، في مقدمة، وثلاثة مباحث، حيث كانت المقدمة خاصة بأهمية البحث، ومشكلته ومنهجه....، والمبحث الأول لبيان مفهوم الزكاة ومصارفها، ثم المبحث الثاني في مفهوم أزمة كورونا وتداعياته، وأما المبحث الثالث فقد خُصص لدور الزكاة في معالجة تداعيات أزمة كورونا، من خلال تفعيل بعض مصارفها للحد من تداعيات هذه الأزمة. وقد خلص البحث إلى جملة من النتائج من أهمها: أن للزكاة دورها الفاعل في زمن الجوائح والأوبئة، ومساهمتها في الحد من تأثيراتها السيئة على الناس، من خلال تفعيل مصارف الزكاة والتوسع في مفاهيمها في ضوء الحِكَم الشرعية من تشريع الزكاة بصورة خاصة، ومقاصد الإسلام الكلية بصورة عامة، وأن مفهوم (في سبيل الله) مفهوم واسع يشمل ما فيه مصالح المسلمين العامة، فدخل هذا المصرف بهذا المفهوم في مواجهة تحديات أزمة كورونا والحد من آثارها.
|b The research deals with a contemporary approach, which is the Corona crisis and the role of zakat in addressing its repercussions, and relied on the inductive approach and the comparative approach. Detectives, where the introduction was concerned with the importance of the research, its problem and its approach, the first topic of the statement of Zakat and its banks, then the second topic in the concept of the Corona crisis and its repercussions. By declaring the role of zakat banks in reducing the repercussions of this crisis. The research concluded with a number of results, the most important of which are: that Zakat has an active role in the time of pandemics and epidemics, and its contribution to reducing its bad effects on people, by activating zakat banks and expanding their concepts in light of the legal rulings from the legislation of zakat in particular. And the universal purposes of Islam in general, and that the concept of (For Allah) is a broad concept that includes what is in the public interests of Muslims.
