المستخلص: تنال العلوم التطبيقية- عامة- اليوم اهتماما بالغا، لما لها من إسهامات معرفية في الجانبين النظري والتطبيقي، ومنها علم اللغة التطبيقي، إذ يمثل حقلا معرفيا تتقاطع فيه العلوم، وهو محور لكثير من الدراسات التي تمثل همزة وصل بين مجالات معرفية متعددة، إلا أن له أسسه الفلسفية ومناهجه التي تحكم أساليبه وأدواته، ولأن الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات في البحث التطبيقي عامة واللغوي خاصة، كان لي معها وقفات، حاولت أنطلق فيها من التعريف بالبحث اللغوي التطبيقي مرورا بمنطلقاته الفلسفية، وأسسه المنهجية، وطرقه وأنواع البيانات فيه وأدواتها، ووصولا للاستبانة وتعريفها وأنواعها وبنائها والإشكاليات التي قد تصادف الباحث حين إجرائها، وطرق تفاديها، وختاما بالإشارة إلى صلاحيتها للبحث اللغوي التطبيقي لخصوصية البحث اللغوي تحديدا، ولذا قسمت بحثي بعد المقدمة إلى ثلاثة مباحث مرتبة على النحو التالي: الأول بعنوان: (اللغويات التطبيقية) وهو تعريف لمصطلح اللغويات التطبيقية وتصنيف لأبرز موضوعاتها في اللسانيات التطبيقية من [اللسانيات النفسية/ اللغويات الاجتماعية/ الصناعة المعجمية/ اللسانيات القضائية... إلخ]، الثاني: وعنوانه (مناهج البحث في اللغويات التطبيقية) واشتمل على: المنطلقات الفلسفية في البحث اللغوي، ومناهج البحث، وطرق البحث، وأنواع البيانات وأدوات جمعها، وجاء الثالث والأخير بعنوان: (الاستبانة في البحث اللغوي التطبيقي)، وبينت فيه مفهوم الاستبانة وإجراءاتها، وتحديد نطاق العينة، وأسئلتها، وإشكاليات الاستبانة لجمع البيانات اللغوية. ثم كانت الخاتمة والفهارس.

Applied Sciences- in general- today great attention, because of its knowledge contributions to the theoretical and applied aspects, including applied linguistics, as it represents a knowledge field in which science intersects, which is the focus of many studies that represent a link between multiple cognitive areas, However, he has his philosophical foundations and methods that govern his methods and tools, and because the questionnaire is a tool to collect data in the applied research in general and linguistic in particular, I had stops with it, I tried to start from the definition of applied linguistic research through its philosophical premises, its methodology, its methods and the types of data in it and its tools, and to all For the questionnaire, its definition, its types, their construction, and the problems that the researcher may coincide with its conduct, and ways to avoid it, and in conclusion of referring to its validity of the applied linguistic research of the privacy of linguistic research specifically, and therefore I divided my research after the introduction to three topics arranged as follows: The first entitled: (Applied Linguistics) which is a definition of the term Applied linguistics and classification of its most prominent topics in applied linguistics from [psychological linguistics/ social linguistics/ lexical industry/ judicial linguistics... etc., the second: and its title (research curricula in applied linguistics) and included: philosophical premises in linguistic research, research curricula, and methods Research, types of data and tools collected, and the third and last came entitled: (The questionnaire in applied linguistic research), in which you showed the concept of the questionnaire and its procedures, determining the determination of the sample scope, its questions, and the problems of the arrest to collect linguistic data. Then the conclusion and indexes were.
