تكمن أهمية رسائل القاضي الفاضل أنها جاءت أثناء الحروب الصليبية وأن القاضي أنشأها بنفسه أو نيابة عن صلاح الدين الأيوبي، مما جعل هذه الرسائل والوثائق تعد من أهم الوثائق التاريخية التي تعرف بتلك الحقبة الزمنية وما دار فيها من أحداث وحروب، وقد اعتمدت الرسائل من كتاب رسائل عن الحرب والسلام من ترسل القاضي الفاضل لموفق الدين ابن الديباجي وتحقيق د. محمد نغش سنة ١٩٨٤م حيث إنها أوثق نسخة للرسائل السياسية الكاملة للفاضل؛ فقد نقلت من مخطوط واحد، مستضيئة ببعض ما أورده المحقق في حواشي التحقيق، تم اقتطاع التراكيب من الرسائل بما لا يخل بالمعنى السياقي ولا يبتر جزء من المعنى الدلالي، وقد تم ترتيب الجذور هجائيا، وترتيب المداخل تحت الجذور وفقا لجذر أول كلمة في التركيب مع تجاوز حروف المعاني إلى أول كلمة بعدها، ثم ترتيب المداخل تحت الجذر الواحد فحسب ورودها في (رسائل الحرب والسلام)، اعتمدت في شرح أجزاء المدخل على المعاجم والمصادر اللغوية والتاريخية مقدمة المصدر الذي ينص على المعنى الموافق لجوهر الصورة السياقية وليس المعنى المجرد للفظة فقط، ثم قدمت الأقدم منها زمنيا، إلا في حال أن الاقتران اللغوي أضاف ظلالا أخرى لدلالات مستحدثة؛ عندها اعتمد على المتأخر من القديم في المعاجم لاشتماله عليها بحكم التقارب الزماني لبيئة الاستعمال، وكان مما استوقفني خلال رحلة البحث الصورة الحية لبعض التراكيب والألفاظ التي مازالت إلى اليوم مطردة في الثقافة العربية ودارجة على ألسنة الناس. وقد جمعت المطرد من الألفاظ والتراكيب حتى يومنا هذا في مصر والوطن العربي، وقارنت بين المعنى الدلالي لها في ذلك الزمن وما وصل إليه في زماننا اليوم. The importance of the virtuous judge’s messages lies that they came during the Crusades and that the judge created them by himself or on behalf of Salah al -Din al -Ayyubi, which made these messages and documents be one of the most important historical documents known as that time era and the events and wars in them, and the messages were adopted from A book of messages on war and peace, who sends the virtuous judge to Mowaffaq al -Din Ibn Al -Dibaji and the investigation of Dr. Muhammad Nghash in 1984, as it is the document of a copy of the full political messages of the virtuous; It was transferred from one manuscript, erected by some of what the investigator mentioned in the footnotes, the structures were deducted from the messages in a way that does not prejudice the contextual sense and does not amputate part of the semantic meaning, and the roots were arranged alphabetically, and the arrangement of the entrances under the roots according to the root of the first word in the installation with transgression The letters of meanings to the first word after it, then arrange the entrances under one root, according to their receipt in (messages of war and peace), relied on explaining the parts of the entrance on the linguistic and historical dictionaries and sources, the source of the source that provides for the meaning corresponding to the essence of the contextual image and not the abstract meaning of the word only, then presented The oldest of it is time, unless the linguistic conjugation added other shadows of new connotations; Then I relied on the late from the old in the dictionaries because it includes it by virtue of the temporal rapprochement of the environment of use, and it was what stopped me during the research journey the living picture of some of the structures and words that are still steadfast in Arab culture and are on the tongues of people. The steady gathered from the words and structures to this day in Egypt and the Arab world, and compared the semantic meaning of it at that time and what it has reached in our time today. |
