|a كان للإمام القرطبي بعض المصطلحات والعبارات التي يذكرها في تفسيره الجامع لأحكام القرآن، ويدلل بها على أهمية وفضل بعض الآيات، ومنها قوله: (هذه الآية أصل في كذا)، ليبين ما في الآية من أحكام عظيمة، أو آداب رفيعة، أو تشريعات مهمة. ويهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز الآيات القرآنية التي أطلق عليها القرطبي مصطلح: الآية أصل في كذا، ويسلط الضوء عليها، ويبين أسرارها البلاغية، ويوضح مدى تضافر اللفظة المفردة في الآيات الأصول مع السياق للكشف عن الإعجاز البياني للنظم القرآني. وقد سارت هذه الدراسة وفق المنهج التحليلي، القائم على تناول الآيات محل الدراسة، وبيان أهم ما فيها من تراكيب بيانية، وأسرار بلاغية. وقد جاء هذا البحث في تمهيد ومبحثين، فكان الحديث في التمهيد عن ترجمة موجزة للإمام القرطبي، ونبذة موجزة عن مصطلح الآيات الأصول. أما المبحث الأول فكان دراسة للآيات الأصول في موضوع الأحكام والمعاملات، والمبحث الثاني دراسة للآيات الأصول في موضوع القواعد الشرعية والعلوم.

For instance, he would say, "This verse is fundamental in such and such," elucidating the profound rulings, lofty manners, or significant legislations within the verse. This research aims to shed light on the Quranic verses that Al-Qurtubi labeled as ‘The verse is fundamental in such and such”, revealing their rhetorical secrets, and clarifying how a single word in these fundamental verses aligns with the context to unveil the Quranic linguistic miracles. The research employs an analytical methodology to analyze the verses under study and elucidate their rhetorical structures and secrets. The research is divided into an introduction and two sections. The introduction provides an overview on Imam Al-Qurtubi and a brief explanation of the term "fundamental verses." The first section studies the fundamental verses related to rulings and transactions, while the second section examines the fundamental verses concerning legal principles and sciences.
