المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأنماط القيادية السائدة في المدارس والمؤسسات التعليمية الخاصة في الضفة الغربية، وتأثيرها على الأداء والإبداع الإداري من وجهة نظر المرؤوسين. ومن أجل تحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، والأسلوب الكمي، كما تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات من مصادرها، حيث تكونت الاستبانة من (72) سؤالاً، موزعة على مجالين هما: النمط القيادي بمحاوره (الديمقراطي، والأوتوقراطي، والترسلي الفوضوي). و "الأداء والإبداع الإداري". وقد تم توزيع الاستبانة على عينة مقدارها (393) موظفاً وموظفة من العاملين في المدارس الخاصة، يمثلون (4.1%) من مجتمع الدراسة، والبالغ عدده (9617) موظفاً وموظفة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، وقد أشارت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، ومن أهمها: أن النمط القيادي السائد في المدارس الخاصة في الضفة الغربية هو النمط "الديمقراطي"، يليه "النمط الأوتوقراطي"، وأخيراً "النمط الترسلي الفوضوي". وجود علاقة ارتباط موجبة وقوية وذات دلالة إحصائية بين النمط القيادي المتبع، و"الأداء والإبداع الإداري" في المدارس والمؤسسات التعليمية الخاصة في الضفة الغربية. وجود تأثير إيجابي ذي دلالة معنوية للنمطين الديمقراطي والأوتوقراطي على "الأداء والإبداع الإداري" في المدارس والمؤسسات التعليمية الخاصة في الضفة الغربية، بينما كان للنمط الترسلي الفوضوي تأثيراً سلبياً ذا دلالة. وأن أكثر المتغيرات المستقلة تأثيراً على المتغير التابع هو النمط الديمقراطي حيث بلغ معامله في معادلة النموذج التنبؤي +3.418، يليه النمط الأوتوقراطي بمعامل وقدره +1.127، بينما كان أقلها متغير النمط الترسلي الفوضوي حيث كان معامله -1.456، وعليه فإن النمط القيادي الديمقراطي يعتبر أفضل وأنجح رافعة للأداء والإبداع الإداري في المدارس والمؤسسات التعليمية الخاصة.

The study aimed at finding out the prevalent leadership styles among private schools' principals in West Bank, and their impact on "the performance and administrative creativity", from the point of view of subordinates. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the descriptive correlational methodology was employed, and the quantitative approach, as well as, using the questionnaire as the main instrument for data collection. The questionnaire consisted of (72) structured questions, distributed over two domains: the leadership style with its three dimensions (democratic, autocratic, and laissez faire), and "the performance and administrative creativity". The questionnaire answers were collected from a sample of (393) male and female employees, working in private schools, representing (4.1%) of the study population, which is (9,617) male and female employees, who were selected according to the stratified random sampling method. The study showed a number of results, most notably: The prevalent leadership style in private schools in West Bank is the "democratic style", followed by the "autocratic style", and finally the "laissez faire style." There is a strong statistically significant positive correlation relationship. between the followed leadership style, and "the performance and administrative creativity" in private schools in West Bank. Both of the democratic and autocratic styles have exhibited significant positive effects, on "the performance and administrative creativity" in private schools in West Bank, while the laissez faire style has exhibited a significant negative effect. The democratic style has exhibited to be the most influential independent variable on the dependent variable, with a coefficient equals +3.418 in the predictive model equation, followed by the autocratic style with a coefficient of +1.127, while laissez faire style was the least exhibited, with a coefficient of -1.456. Thus, the democratic leadership style is considered the best and most successful lever for "performance and administrative creativity" in private schools.
