|a تروم هذه المداخلة تسليط الضوء على أهمية المعارض التجارية التي دأبت إدارة الحماية الفرنسية على تنظيمها بشكل دوري على مستوى منطقة الأطلس المتوسط لما تزخر به من إمكانيات اقتصادية وطبيعية وبشرية متنوعة، والهدف هو التعريف والترويج للإنتاج الحيواني والحرفي للمنطقة سواء على مستوى المغرب أو خارجه، وانعكاساته على الساكنة، والهدف من ذلك هو التخفيف من الظروف المعاكسة التي أنتجها التدخل العسكري بالمناطق الجبلية التي ناهضت المستعمر مما عرضها لحصار خانق، وبالتالي اعتبرت المعارض وفتح الأسواق أمام القبائل وسيلة لتهدئة الساكنة ودفعهم للانخراط أكثر مع سياسة الحماية بالمنطقة.
|b This intervention aims to highlight the importance of trade fairs, which the French protection administration regularly organizes in the Mediterranean Atlas region, due to its diverse economic, natural, and human potential. The goal is to promote and showcase the region's animal and artisanal production, both within Morocco and beyond its borders, and its impact on the local population. The objective is to alleviate the adverse conditions resulting from military intervention in the mountainous areas that resisted colonization, which led to a suffocating siege. Consequently, trade fairs and market access were considered a means to pacify the population and encourage their increased involvement with the protection policy in the region.
