المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التطبيق الفعلي لأحد أهم نظم تحديد الهوية الخاصة بالأشخاص والكيانات سواء أكانت كيانات معنوية أو مادية، والذي يعمل كنظام عالمي للهويات العامة الطبيعية منها والاعتبارية، بالإضافة إلى الهيئات والمنظمات التي تعمل كأجزاء من عملية صناعة المحتوى سواء من حيث الإبداع، أو الإنتاج، أو الإدارة، أو التوزيع، وهو المعرف القياسي الدولي للأسماء (مقدا: ISNI)، والذي يعتبر أحد أهم المعايير الدولية لتحديد الهوية وإزالة الالتباس حول الهويات العامة في مجال البيئة الرقمية، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مع استخدام الأسلوب المسحي لعينة من مؤلفات المؤلفين الأكثر غزارة في الإنتاج الفكري المقتنى داخل مكتبة مصر العامة بالزاوية الحمراء، والبالغ عددهم 23 مؤلفا، وبدأت الدراسة بالتعريف التفصيلي للمعرف من حيث المفهوم والنشأة، والأهمية ومجال الاستخدام، والبنية والتركيب، ثم تطرقت إلى متطلبات التسجيل به وكيفية العمل، ثم انتقلت للحديث عن الهيئة الدولية الخاصة به، والهيئات الوطنية للتسجيل به والحصول عليه على مستوى العالم، وخطوات ومراحل التسجيل، ثم تناولت الحديث عن قاعدة البيانات المركزية له والتي تقدم المعرفات المختلفة لكافة الهيئات والجهات المشتركة على مستوى العالم، بالإضافة إلى الميتاداتا المصاحبة، وكيفية البحث داخلها عن أرقام المعرفات وصيغ استرجاعها، ثم تناولت طرق تسجيل أرقام المعرف (مقدا: ISNI) في صيغة مارك الببليوجرافي والاستنادي، ثم تطرقت إلى تقديم حصرا كاملا بالتغطية العالمية لأرقام المعرف حتى منتصف عام 2023، وانتقلت الدراسة بعد ذلك إلى التطبيق العملي لأرقام المعرف على عينة من المؤلفات المختارة طبقا لشروط اختيار العينة، واستخراج أرقام المعرفات الخاصة بمن وجد منهم على قاعدة البيانات المركزية للمعرف، وتم اختيار مؤلفين فقط أحدهما: عربي، والآخر: أجنبي لتطبيق أرقام المعرفات الخاصة بهما كعنصر استرجاعي داخل التسجيلات الببليوجرافية لأعمالهما داخل النظام الآلي الموحد لمنظومة مكتبات مصر العامة (سيمفوني)، ثم انتهت الدراسة بعرض مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات.

The study aimed at a practical implementation of one of the most significant identification methods of both individuals and entities. The study targeted abstract and concrete entities alike. The system functions as a legal and natural global identification method that is widely used in organizations and corporations that specialize in the content production process and its prominent related features of creativity, production, administration and distribution which is an International Standard Name Identifier (ISNI) that is considered as one of the most paramount international criteria of individual identification and elimination of any caused confusion or obstruction that might occur in the process of identifying public identities in the field of digital environment. The study showcased an analytical descriptive approach. It also provided a thorough survey method of a sample of the most vivid productions and significant writings of twenty-three of the most prolific authors in the field of intellectual production that is acquired within the Egyptian Public Library in Al Zawya Al-Hamra. The study initiated with a rigorous analysis of the identifier in terms of its concept, foundation, significance, potential usage and structure. Such preliminary process also included the needed registration requirements and the description of its functioning process. The study tackled the specialized International Institution that implement the targeted system along with several national and international registration institutions that consider obtaining such identification approach. The initiation of the approach also included all the steps and stages of registration and its central database which provides a range of diverse identifiers that is targeted to include all intended organizations and common parties across the world. The method has an inclusive approach that includes metadata and the possibility of conducting a research for identifiers’ numbers and algorithms for the possibility of retrieving data. It also demonstrated various methods of identifier number registration (ISNI) in both Bibliographic Marc Format and Authority Mar Format. A complete inventory of the global coverage of the identifier’s number till mid 2023 was also presented. The study then conducted a practical application of the identifier’s numbers for writings that comply with sample selection conditions and the extraction of special identifiers’ numbers according to that data found on the central database. Based on the found data, two authors were selected, an Arab and a foreigner, as an application of their identification number as a retrospective element within bibliographic records for their works in the digital system of the National Libraries of Egypt. (Symphony). The study was concluded with showcasing the final results and proposing potential recommendations.
