|a يسعى هذا البحث إلى توضيح بعض المحسنات البديعية التي وجدت في رسالة الحقوق للإمام زين العابدين (رضي الله عنه) وهي من الرسائل المهمة التي جمعت فيها جميع الحقوق التي تخص الإنسان وما له وما عليه من حقوق وواجبات يجب عليه اتباعها والأخذ بها، وليست هذه الحقوق إلا لمصلحة الإنسان نفسه، ولابد له التعايش مع أخيه الإنسان. وسوف يرصد البحث مجموعة من المحسنات البديعية التي احتوت عليها رسالة الحقوق، والتعريف بها عن طريق أخذ بعض الحقوق ودراستها وفق هذا المنهج.
|b This research seeks to clarify some of the obvious improvements that were found in the message of rights of Imam Zain al-Abidin, peace be upon him, and it is one of the important messages in which all the rights that pertain to man and his rights and duties that he must follow and take into account, and these rights are only for the interest of the human being himself. He must coexist with his fellow human being, and the research will monitor some of the innovated terms contained in these rights, and introduce them by taking some rights and studying them according to this approach.
