المستخلص: هذا البحث يتناول التعريف بمجمع البحوث الإسلامية، ولجنة مراجعة المصحف الشريف، وطبيعة عمل هذه اللجنة، والشروط اللازم توافرها في المراجع للمصحف الشريف مع بيان العلوم التي يلزم على المراجع أن يكون ملما بها من خلال ما جاء في آخر إعلانين؛ للتقديم للعمل بلجنة مراجعة المصحف الشريف، كما يعرض البحث للسيرة الذاتية للعشرات من أعضاء هذه اللجنة، مع العلم أن هذه الأسماء التي ترجمت لها في البحث لم يتم إحصاؤها وجمعها من أرشيف موجود بمجمع البحوث الإسلامية، وإنما من المصاحف المتناثرة في المساجد العتيقة عبر ما يزيد عن سبعين عامًا، وكثير من هذه الأسماء لا ترجمة لها في الكتب، وإنما تم التنقيب عن هؤلاء المشايخ الأجلاء وعن أسرهم بالسؤال والبحث لمدة تزيد عن ثلاث عشرة سنة، وهؤلاء المشايخ متفرقون في أنحاء جمهورية مصر العربية، بالإضافة إلى أن في هذه الدراسة بيانا لدور هذه اللجنة ولعالميتها، وأثرها ومرجعيتها لكل اللجان في العالم، وأهدف من خلال البحث أن يكون تأريخا لهذه اللجنة، التي لا أرشيف لها يتناول تاريخها حتى الآن، خاصة وأن هذا البحث استكمال لبحث آخر لي تناول مصحف الملك فؤاد الأول، وأثره، وجهود لجنة مراجعته، وقد استوعب هذا الأخير نحو ثلاثين عاما، وبهذا يكون هذان البحثان معًا قد استوعبا جهود مائة عام لهذه اللجنة، وقد قدر لهذه اللجنة أن ينتقل مقرها من مكان إلى آخر مع تعدد القائمين على أمرها إداريا مما جعل الكثير من وثائقها غير معلوم، كما أن في هذا البحث مقترحات لتطوير عمل اللجنة وتحسين أدائها.

This research deals with the definition of the Islamic Research Complex, the Holy Qur’an Review Committee, the nature of the work of this committee, and the conditions that must be met by references to the Holy Qur’an, with a statement of the sciences that the reference must be familiar with, through what was stated in the last two announcements; To apply for work in the Holy Qur’an Review Committee, the research also presents the CVs of dozens of members of this committee, knowing that these names that were translated in the research were not counted and collected from an archive in the Islamic Research Complex, but rather from the Qur’ans scattered in ancient mosques over more than seventy years, and many of these names do not have a translation in the books, but rather these venerable sheikhs and their families were searched for by questioning and research for a period of more than thirteen years, and these sheikhs are scattered throughout the Arab Republic of Egypt, in addition to the fact that this study explains the role of this committee and its universality, its impact and its reference for all committees in the world, and I aim through the research to be a history of this committee, which does not have an archive that covers its history until now, especially since this research is a continuation of another research of mine that covered the Qur’an of King Fuad I, its impact, and the efforts of its review committee, and the latter has taken up about thirty years, and thus these two researches together have taken up the efforts of one hundred years for this committee, and it was destined for this committee’s headquarters to move from one place to another with the multiplicity of Those in charge of its administrative affairs, which made many of its documents unknown, and this research also includes proposals to develop the work of the committee and improve its performance.
